Positions Summary for CNA Certified Nursing Assistant:
The certified nursing assistant provides basic resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and assists in the maintenance of the unit environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of CNA - Certified nursing Assistant:
- Receives reports regarding the status of assigned residents at the beginning of the shift.
- Gives reports to supervising nurse at the end of the shift.
- Performs direct and indirect resident care activities as ordered and consistent with the facility's policies and procedures.
Requirements for a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA:
- Education and/or experience
- High School graduation or equivalent.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA. license.
- Candidates must be able to pass a background check
