*Responsibilities*
- Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop individualized diet plans.
- Provide health coaching and education on proper nutrition, meal planning, and healthy eating habits.
- Utilize techniques when necessary to ensure patients receive adequate nutrition.
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' dietary habits and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate nutrition plans into overall patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics to enhance patient care outcomes.
*Skills*
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and biochemistry related to nutrition.
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing personalized nutrition plans.
- Experience with tools and methods.
- Ability to perform to assess dietary needs accurately.
