Provides the highest level of Guest Service. Sweeps and picks up trash to help maintain clean appearance of Boardwalk including street side, entrances and ride queues and other Company property. Answer guest questions and provides consistent, friendly and helpful service to guests.
UNIQUE JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Wear company issued uniforms. Shifts fall within possible operating hours of 9:00 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Must provide exceptional guest service. Must be able to stay focused on the job and deal effectively with heavy guest contact. Use company two-way radio or phone in order to respond to spills.
JOB TASKS (IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
- Greet every Guest and answer Guest's questions and provide consistent, friendly and helpful Guest Service.
- Sweep Boardwalk, street side of the Boardwalk, ride queues, entrances and other Company property.
- Look for and report safety hazards.
- Report guest disturbances to Security.
- Report graffiti to Maintenance Department.
- Carry two-way radio or wireless phone in order to promptly respond to spills.
- Run errands as needed.
- Assist lost children and escort to Guest Services office.
- Clean equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to stand and walk for up to eight hours at a time.
- Able to work in a noisy environment.
- Able to work outdoors.
- Able to carry sweeper equipment weighing up to 10 lbs. for up to eight hours at a time.
