Summary:
The Graphic Designer in the Marketing Department is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality print and digital marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suites and Microsoft Office products. The ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail and the ability to produce virtually error-free work.
Essential duties include (but are not limited to):

Create various digital and print pieces including web updates, email communications, social media posts, trade show displays, brochures, presentations, and events

Update and maintain company website

Make changes to existing site plans and aerials for all properties as needed

Create legal exhibits for tenant leases as needed
-
Update demographics, traffic counts, and a variety of other reporting documents as needed
-
Design various in-house projects such as invites, announcements, presentations, etc

Prepare final print artwork and coordinate production with outside agencies, printers, and other vendors

Ensure that all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across a variety of mediums

Grammatical accuracy and error-free work are a must
-
Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills

Maintain technical knowledge and stay on top of industry and design trends through continuing education, reviewing professional publications, and/or participating in professional organizations
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

Minimum three years’ experience

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required

Experience in commercial real estate, HubSpot, and photography are a plus

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free work are required

Should be comfortable working autonomously within tight deadlines

Minimal travel required (two times per year)
