Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for animals and veterinary care to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to pet owners, veterinarians, and animal care professionals.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding pet care inquiries, appointments, and general information
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and providing follow-up support
- Educate customers on veterinary services, products, and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless customer service experience
Experience:
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal anatomy
- Experience in dog handling, pet care, and dog training
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and animal catheterization
- Understanding of veterinary critical care practices
- Previous experience in a kennel or veterinary setting is a plus
