We are looking to add an Administrative Assistant to support our clients Senior Manager Customer Service & Accounts Receivable department.

- Temporary role (approximately 6 months)
Duties:
- Scanning credits, linking credits to the system, and sending credit packages out for approval.
- Pulling filing to support the Chargeback Team, Customer Service Team, and Human Resources.
- Assisting with daily invoice filing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
- Process customer invoices and ensure timely payment collection
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an accounts receivable clerk or similar role
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to accurately transcribe information
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Ability to manage calendars and prioritize tasks effectively
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Temporary with potential to become temp-to-hire
