```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Restock bar supplies and ensure inventory levels are sufficient
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or POS system
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating bills, and making change
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers, take orders, and address any concerns or complaints
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drink preparation and order taking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the establishment
Note: Prior experience in bartending or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
