JOB DESCRIPTION
Come join our team at Triumph Signs & Consulting, Inc. where you will play an essential role in facilitating the needs of our customers in the exciting world of visual communications!
The sales executive is competitive, diligent, and determined to pursue a sales career. They are responsible for generating prospects and driving new and existing customer revenue.
Triumph Sales Executive:
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Consult with clients by establishing contact and developing relationships; propose custom signage and lighting solutions, and close deals.
- Gather client business and technical requirements and translate concepts/ideas to written documents.
- Work as a cohesive team between Project Management, Graphic Design, Accounting, Purchasing and Service.
- Serve as a liaison between our company and customers. Manage customer relationships and expectations regarding products and services.
During our Training Period for the first 6 months, it is crucial that you are in the office during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday with some weekend availability) to learn the knowledge necessary to be successful in this sales role. Once you get past the training period and start to gain customer relationships you will be able to spend more time out of the office (mostly for traveling), and have flexibility in your daily schedule. Our sales team is the crucial part of what makes our company successful, therefore, we push them to be the best they can be and will do anything to help each team member reach their goals!
The Sales Executive reports directly to the V.P. of Sales.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior business to business, lead generation, prospecting and quota carrying sales experience required.
- Must be persistent, optimistic, self-starting with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to maintain a high level of proactive outbound contact and lead follow-up.
- Must demonstrate a strong sales orientation and selling skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, over objections and establish and meet goals/quotas.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
