We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to play a pivotal role in enhancing our partnerships within the healthcare community. - Direct and support a team of 6+ sales personnel to ensure peak performance and goal achievement.
- Foster and enhance relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare facilities, medical practices, and eldercare environments to solidify our market presence.
- Develop and execute robust sales strategies and client acquisition efforts to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead community marketing initiatives to represent our agency with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee optimal delivery of client services while upholding the strictest standards of confidentiality.
- Oversee the security and confidentiality of all business strategies and sensitive company information.
- Monitor social media, PPC, and SEO campaigns, providing feedback to our digital marketing partners regarding the effectiveness of various strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
- Regularly review and provide constructive feedback on communications between sales personnel and clients to enhance sales techniques and client engagement.
- Design and implement ambitious monthly sales goals, inspiring the team to attain these targets.
- Conduct skill enhancement workshops to continuously advance team capabilities.
- Compile and relay detailed sales analytics to upper management, highlighting key performance indicators like call volume, marketing campaign effectiveness, and lead conversion rates.
