Accufile, the market leader in strategic on-site and virtual information and research management solutions, is seeking a part-time Law Library Assistant to maintain their law firm clients small print collection. Candidates must be willing to work in law offices in and around Boston.
Core responsibilities:

Maintain title and item records in the integrated library system

Open and process all incoming mail and enter into the integrated library system

Process, track and reconcile invoices
-
Maintain small print library collection under the guidance of the firm's remote law librarian

Communicate with publishers regarding library accounts
-
Maintain digital information resources credentials for legal professionals
-
File loose leaf updates and pocket parts
-
Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Associates level degree or higher preferred
-
Experience using an integrated library system preferred

Strong proficiency in all MS Office products a must

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to adapt to changes of procedures and routines
