Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, results oriented analyst to lead the development, implementation, and administration of Frontgrade's compensation program. This analyst is responsible for and manages all job evaluation activities to ensure internal equity external competitiveness, while adhering to the organizations over-arching compensation philosophy. Further, this role operates as a internal consultant, providing analytical expertise, guidance, and interpretation of compensation policies to leaders & employees.
Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for career architecture and salary structures including job leveling for existing and new roles and annual review/updates.
- Manage the annual incentive programs (Annual Bonus, Sales Incentive Plan & Profit Sharing Plan) and practices to include payout calculations and coordination with payroll.
- Conduct market surveys and compensation analyses for job titles, job families, individual employees and offers – i.e., external and internal equity, counter offers.
- Provide complete job evaluation and market pricing analysis, develop cost modeling, facilitate cyclical comp salary planning. Build and develop salary ranges and pay grade structures. Use market data to analyze and assess the organization's competitive position.
- Oversee salary planning eligibility, guidelines, and timelines such as:
- Salary Planning budgets
- HR & Management Training
- Merit Matrix
- Coordination with Performance Management
- Provide compensation research and approval data for CEO and the Compensation Committee.
Qualifications:
HOW TO SUCCEED
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related degree.
- Five (5) years of experience in compensation
- Two (2) years of experience with a market data tool and salary surveys
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in an environment with competing demands and ambiguity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced growing environment, a high level of comfort with ambiguity, and an affinity for breaking down complex problems and developing solutions.
- Experience partnering with executives and developing alignment through influence.
- Strong MS Excel & Powerpoint skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Salary Range: $92,000 - $100,000 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
