Responsibilities:
- Perform soldering tasks to assemble electronic components and circuit boards
- Read and interpret schematics and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate power tools and equipment for assembly
- Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) and hand tools for precise soldering
- Assist with machining and fabrication tasks as needed
- Use calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in soldering or electronics assembly preferred
- Knowledge of electrical components and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment
- Familiarity with machining processes is a plus
