Summary
This position will provide day-to-day oversight of benefits technology initiatives. The Benefits Solutions Analyst will play an instrumental role in developing and implementing new processes and technology advancements from management throughout the Benefits Service Team.

Responsibilities:
- Identifies opportunities to improve, create, and simplify departmental technology processes.

Evaluates ROI to prioritize benefits technology projects.

Manages project initiatives submitted to the IT Department.

Develops, implements, and presents training materials and processes associated with departmental technology initiatives as needed.

Oversees creation of ClientSpace Benefit reports and modules.

Oversees development and maintenance of the CAP and other templates.

Attends Prism Quarterly Release Q&A meetings.

Disseminates communication to Benefits team regarding Prism releases.

Acts as a Benefits representative at IT Learning Coach meetings.

Handles escalations from internal benefits employees.
Other Duties:

Performs other duties as assigned.

Assists with EDI creations.

Assists with reporting and data gathering related to acquisitions.

Assists with evaluation new vendors/TPAs to streamline internal processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
-
An associate degree in business or a related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Skills & Experience:
-
Two years’ experience working in benefits administration capacity is preferred.

Project management and evaluation skills are required.

Time management and organization skills are required.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.

Must be able to create macros and pivot tables is required.

Proficiency in HRIS/CRM system programs and processes is required.
Certifications/Licenses:
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
