As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching contact information on the internet and entering it into an Excel spreadsheet. This role involves updating a database of over 4,100 contacts with their email addresses and phone numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough online research to find accurate contact information.
Enter and update contact details (email addresses and phone numbers) in an Excel spreadsheet.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy at all times.
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
Assist with other data entry tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong internet research skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
