We are seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Service team at our headquarters in Houston, TX.
Duties:
- Answer customer calls
- Respond to and initiate emails
- Assist various customers (with service contracts and without)
- Enter tickets in ticketing software, SimPro
- Assign/Dispatch technicians to job sites and tickets (on-site and remotely)
- Coordinate with technicians on a daily basis
- Track open tickets
- Work with the technicians to close tickets
- Invoice closed tickets
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Collaborate with re-sellers of the company equipment
- Gather information for Service quotes
- Draft, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and, spreadsheets
- Organize, implement, and adhere to administrative systems to procedures to perform necessary duties
Qualifications:
- Advanced customer service skills
- Well organized with good documentation capabilities
- Quick study with ability to grasp new technologies, & software
- Three years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching a plus
- Degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
