We are a law firm specializing in real estate, corporations and estate planning. Our firm has been in business for 30+ years. We have a small but efficient team and take pride in our work and our relationships with our clients. We are looking for a cheerful, driven candidate to join our team. As our Front Desk Receptionist you are the face of our company. You will be responsible for keeping the flow and ease of the office going.
Responsibilities:
· Opening and closing the office
· Maintain office with focus on cleanliness and keeping lobby and conference room stocked and tidy.
· Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm, yet professional manner.
· Checking in clients for appointments and intaking appropriate documentation needed
· Answering/transferring/screening calls and taking messages on a multi-line phone system
· Distributing documentation/mail to the appropriate party
· Checking, mailing out and logging outgoing mail
· Checking and sending out faxes
· Ability and willingness to learn new skills quickly
· Takes initiative and eager to take on new tasks once initial duties are completed
· Quick and efficient in the tasks given
· Assist staff in projects as needed
· Professional appearance, friendly, positive attitude and mature personality with a willingness to work in a fast paced, team member environment
· Detail oriented, able to multi-task and provide the highest level of customer service within a high-stress, demanding work environment
· Works well under pressure, patient
· Takes initiative to solve problems and take ownership of required duties
Requirements:
· High school diploma/GED required
· Must be reliable, honest and dependable
· Must have own means of transportation
· Experience as a front desk clerk/receptionist preferred
· Experience in a real estate office preferred
· Computer/technology literate with the ability to learn software applications
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
· Proficient in internet functionality

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
