Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive digital products that meet user needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centric design, stays updated with industry trends, and is skilled in articulating design decisions to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user interviews and research to understand user needs, behaviors, personas, and preferences.
- Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Adhere to customer style guides and design patterns to maintain consistency across products.
- Participate in user testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design standards and technologies.
- Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
- Advocate for the user and ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and analysis.
- Liaise with Product Owners regarding storyboard requirements and translate visions into visual stories through storyboarding.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Experience with user research methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
