**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of common acute and chronic illnesses. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status - Develop and implement patient care plans - Perform clinical procedures including venipuncture, tube feeding, vital signs monitoring, catheterization, etc. - Provide primary care services to individuals of all ages - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care - Maintain accurate patient records following hospital standards and coding requirements - Educate patients and their families on health management strategies **Requirements:** - Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program - Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification - Minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in clinical research and evidence-based practice - Strong understanding of primary care principles and practices - Ability to lift and move patients when necessary - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Joining our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of patients.
