- Work with project manager to assist with developing project schedules. Ensure that the field staff is providing accurate 3-week look ahead schedules.

- Coordinate porta-potty, dumpsters
- Review drawings, prepare take-offs and coordinate and schedule materials to the site
- Follow up with subcontractors to ensure their insurance forms have been provided prior to the start of their scope.
- Tracking and coordinating of project materials for example, restroom accessories, tile/Schluter, wallpaper, furniture, lighting package, specialty items…etc.
- Issue bid award emails to subs as provided by the PM.
- Collect all submittals and provide them to the client, track accordingly.
- Review all subcontractor provided change orders and submit to the client, review with PM.
- Release approved change orders and track in job folder and budget.
- Daily check-in with the site supervisor to ensure the project is running per schedule, and address any issues, accordingly, looping in the PM as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate weekly calls with the client, AOR, EOR, and super.
- Assemble the documents to provide to the client weekly; weekly report, 3 week lookahead, RFI, submittal logs, site photos and project schedules.
- Ensure all third-party software tools are update accordingly (Raken, PlanGrid, Timberline)
- Follow up on open change orders.
- Close out documentation to be requested and collected, initial requests to subs needs to be coordinated per the project schedule.
- Ensure as-builts are being developed by the site superintendent.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
- Strong knowledge of construction management and methods.
- The ability to read blueprints and develop take-offs and subcontractor scope documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across the organization.
- Experience in remodeling open businesses, complete fit outs of new spaces is preferred, ground up construction is a plus.
