What Will I Be Doing?
- Coordinate the development and implementation of services/treatments for clients/consumers.
- Assess clients and develop service plans in conjunction with a treatment team.
- Oversee program development and behavior intervention plans.
- Schedule and provide training, recreation, and leisure activities.
- Maintain comprehensive client and staff reporting records.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred, with two years of related work experience.
- Access to reliable transportation meeting all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver’s license) required.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
