Job Overview:
This position combines client relations along with administrative duties, making it an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Telephone- handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the home care office to include filing ,medical records management and data entry.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of caregivers, including conducting interviews and orientations.
- Must be able to work with field staff in regards to regulatory compliance and required yearly document renewals.
- Client and Caregiver Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Address concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working for a Home Health Agency in Client Relations
- Detail Oriented
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team Player
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
- Could be a LPN or PTA
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
