Job responsibilities Include:
Train ,monitor and reinforce Food Safety procedures
Manage food ,labor ,paper costs and other controllable expenses
Monitor & maintain safe working conditions
Manage crew in a manner that maximizes crew retention
Execute company policies & procedures for the control of cash , property , and equipment
Provide proper training of employees using established systems
Maintain fast , accurate service & positive guest relations
Ensure products served are consistent with company quality standards
