Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and their expectations are surpassed. You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with our clients’ goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and develop marketing strategies to achieve them.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients.
- Address any issues or concerns clients may have, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
- Engage in heavy customer interactions, sales engagement, and work to increase sales for the client.
- Work on the sales floor to directly interact with customers.
- Learn and utilize sales scripts, product and service information, and rebuttals.
- Adhere to compliance standards for the role.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage between $15 to $18 per hour DOE, paid weekly.
- Opportunity for additional commissions with OTE ranging between $900 to $1500 per week.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
