Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food production, with experience in inventory management and food safety.
Duties:
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement and maintain food safety protocols
- Pay close attention to detail to ensure food is being properly plated and up to standards
Experience:
- Prior experience in a kitchen management role
- Proficiency in inventory management and ordering processes
- Strong background in food preparation and production
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
