Job Summary: The Operations Support IV (OS4) provides comprehensive analytical and program management support to senior-level executives, focusing on the operation, maintenance, testing, and repair of Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) equipment on U.S. Navy surface ships or submarines.
