Provides technical support for computer hardware and software
They troubleshoot issues related to accounts
Ask targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Follow up with associates to IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Prepare accurately and timely documentation on incidents and analysis
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
