QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.

- Computer skills utilizing a variety of web based applications.
- Ability to complete and submit reports.
- Prefer background in Substance Abuse Setting.
DUTIES
- Initial contact person for client upon arrival for intake.
- Creates an environment of hospitality for new clients.
- Conducts a screening of client that is uploaded to the Clinical Director for review.
- Explains program to clients via phone or face-to-face.
- Makes digital copy of identification from client for insurance and program.
- Completes EMR intake documents with client signature.
- Schedules initial clinical assessment for client.
- Creates Face sheets and uploads to internal drive.
- Uploads picture of client to EMR and face sheets.
- Obtains client insurance information from KYMMIS.
- Checks Sex Offender database prior to admission and communicates finding to Clinical Director.
- Verifies the client’s insurance in coordination with case management.
- Coordinate a hand off to Targeted Case Management.
- Adds client demographics, level or care and insurance to EMR.
- Run audit on EMR system to catch missing data.
- Report corrections and updates for missing data.
- Conduct maintenance on client accounts for demographics and insurance.
- Helps with the handling of client belongings upon arrival.
- Ensures client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinates client housing and transportation needs with other staff.
- Maintain a respectful relationship with client.
- Displays a professional disposition towards fellow staff.
- Assist the Operations Director in duties as assigned to you.
- Performs other duties assigned.
Technology Skills
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Google Sheets, Docs, and Forms
- Utilize scanners to upload documents.
- Very capable of communication via email and chat.
- Capable of answering a multi-line phone, conducting call backs and transferring messages for both staff and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
