We are actively recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to be part of the team at our Corporate Office in North Bergen, NJ!
Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities

Responsible for inputting invoices on a daily basis

Makes payments of daily and monthly invoices in a timely manner

Reconciles accounts payable statements prior to payment

Reconciles manufacturer monthly statements/ If credit responsible for collecting

Responsible for issuing of daily on demand checks

Responsible for maintenance of assigned schedules (list will be supplied)

Maintains accurate vendor check list and accrues for any missing invoices

Reconcile and Maintain General ledger accounts
Automotive Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications

Individuals employed in this position must be able to understand accounting principles including debits and credits

CDK & QuickBooks experience is preferred ***

Individuals employed in this position must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and management
