support the IT manager to:
· Manage Microsoft AD and assure the right implementation of IT policies
· Manage users accounts
· Support users regarding technology requirements and issues
· Provide 1st level of user support regarding Microsoft Navision and CRM
· Update trouble ticketing system
· Prepare and provide tech tools to users (PCs, barcode readers, printers, phone, …)
· Install network devices in offices and showrooms
· Support business in the realization of reports based on MS powerBI
· Develop basic solutions on Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Navision (ERP) and Microsoft CRM
· Maintain updated the documentation, including end-users manual
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics & Electrical or any related field.
Tech skills
· 5 years’ experience in similar role.
· Very well knowledge of Microsoft O365, Active Directory and user management.
· Good experience in MS powerBI and MS SQL Server.
· Good experience in Microsoft applications such as CRM, Navision and Power platform.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Problem solving skills.
· Reliability and accuracy.
· Availability for business trip.
