We are looking for Project Coordinator/Office Admin. Your role will be to assist the Service Team on both residential & commercial contract projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Be a positive, reliable, honest, and supportive member of the team.
- Speak effectively and able to communicate through details of each project with the customers.
- Perform site inspections to confirmed site readiness for cabinets for installation follow by company’s standard .
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers & keep all communications up to dates within company’s internal departments.
- Evaluate potential problems and develop effective solutions for customers.
- Communicate with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope of work and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in project coordinating, from conception to delivery.
- Ability to interpret floor plans/shop drawings, prepare planner/schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Able to read architectural blueprints and 20/20 kitchen design layout.
- Must have a valid US license & reliable transportation to travel to meet with clients.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree required or higher preferred.

License: Driver’s license required.
