RELI’s ECR contract collaborates with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to categorize consumer complaints received by the Federal Exchange Call Center. Our purpose is to ensure that allegations of FWA are properly categorized and routed to appropriate parties to handle the complaints. As a valued ECR Team Member the Project Coordinator role includes:

Assist with coordination of all assigned administrative activities, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, drafting meeting materials, updating project documentation, and preparing reports for review by Project Manager

Communicate effectively with project team and stakeholders regarding status, risks, issues, or action items

Capture and track action items, maintain risk and issues logs, and change request submissions

Provide support to Project Manager to ensure timely completion of deliverables

Assist in reviewing content and providing recommendations for process improvements

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Understanding of Project Management methodologies preferred

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Strong organization and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to follow direction from others
