We are looking to hire for a service position focuses on the raw client experience. As a Client Representative (or CR), you'll be the liaison/point-of-contact for our clients, providing information about the services we offer to businesses and general public alike. You'll be aiding customers with the various challenges and unique projects they bring to the table, however you'll never need to do it alone with our versatile, fun loving, and tight-knit team. As a small local business, we only operate with the same mentality for our team - we are all in this together!
Responsibilities: Client Representative
- Ensure every client is aware you know they're there by greeting them.
- Take incoming calls, and answer inbound emails within one hour of it's reception.
- Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Work with clients on projects, big and small, that vary in complexity.
- Keep records of client/associate interactions, process client accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer and client service representative.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM/POS systems and practices.
- Customer/Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Firm understanding of computers/cell phones, their software, and basic operating systems.
- Basic technological proficiency (phones, printers, etc.).
- Basic understanding of the Adobe suite of software (optional)
