Job Description:
The Maintenance Team reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in all of the properties maintenance needs, physical appearance, and work orders. The Maintenance Technician’s primary responsibilities include hands on maintenance of the property including general upkeep and repair to units and the grounds, responding according to company policy to work order requests, turn and make ready process, and maintaining excellent resident relations through outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Grounds and exterior upkeep, as needed
- The Turn and Make Ready process
- Inspecting units for Move In readiness
- Ensure company policy and state and federal safety and fair housing laws are adhered to
- Hands on maintenance
- Assists the Maintenance Supervisor to better the property and position through great ideas

- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Marietta, GA 30066: Relocate before starting work (Required)
