KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follows standard operating procedures (SOP’s).

High level of customer service including but not limited to greeting and receiving visitors, answering phones, and maintaining receptionist area.

Communicate effectively with excellent and warm customer service.
- Ability to problem solve, communicate effectively with a Team, and provide warm customer service.

Manage Office inventory including completing and managing multiple orders.
- Assist with maintaining IceCap security by ensuring all visitors and guests are checked in correctly and receive passes.
- Maintain Company calendars including multiple conference and meeting rooms.
- Support for special guests, customers and or events. This can include setting up and tear down of events.

Allocate customer product correctly and efficiently within the Warehouse.
- Ability to learn and become proficient with using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Set-up customer appointments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Take detailed notes in the system to ensure accuracy of all customer needs and charges.
- Ensure correct order entry.
- Complete other duties as assigned.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with demonstrated organizational skills.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
