Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Class A office building projects. This role requires candidates with an accounting certification and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will adeptly handle tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial stability and sustained growth of the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations and accounting for Class A office building projects, including budgeting, preparation and analysis of financial statements, and cash flow management.
- Assist in developing and executing financial strategies and goals to support long-term project development and profitability.
- Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and collaborate with other departments.
- Work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance of financial data and reports with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain good communication with tenants, owners, and investors, addressing their financial issues and needs to maintain strong relationships.
- Participate in investment analysis and decisions for projects, providing financial advice and support to optimize investment returns.
Requirements:
- Possession of an accounting certification (such as CPA, ACCA, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate or office building project financial management.
- Familiarity with financial statements and accounting principles, capable of independently conducting financial analysis and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels and external stakeholders.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, able to motivate team members to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
