Front office receptionist needed to answer phones, screen calls, keep up with and order office supplies, make sure kitchen area is clean and coffee and tea pots are washed at end of day. You need to be able to work in Word, and Excel for clerical duties. Be comfortable with computers and be able to work multiple sights. Open mail and distribute, handle postage and fedex. There will be accounting work to do and various secretarial duties Assist office staff with other duties that may arise. Need to have experience in answering phones and clerical duties. Quickbooks and construction knowledge a plus.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
