Basic Job Over View:

Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers regarding pickup schedules, location, and any changes.

Organization: Keep track of orders, prioritize pickups based on urgency, and allocate resources efficiently.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of pickups, including customer signatures and any issues encountered.

Customer Service: Address any concerns promptly and provide exceptional service during the pickup process.

Answer Phones: Communicate and transfer calls if needed

Greet Customers at the window in the customer area of the warehouse to coordinate pick up

Light data entry, so being comfortable with computers is a must

Filing paper and electronic files

Your primary focus is to ensure that every customer receives outstanding service. This involves attentive listening, empathy, and timely resolution of inquiries.
Collaboration and Teamwork:

You work closely with the customer service team, store managers, warehouse/delivery personnel, and other functional/service departments.

During busy times Monday through Friday, 10 am –5 Pm

Slow Season Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10 am –5 pm
