We are now expanding our services to promote high-ticket solutions in Bogotá, Colombia. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) Pro to join our team and help us expand our market presence in this new region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential high-ticket leads in Bogotá, Colombia through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends in the region.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our high-ticket solutions can address them.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Generate leads and engage with potential clients through social media direct messaging (DM).
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and processes.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of various lead generation techniques and strategies.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation.
