Required Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate would have administrative experience in either or both the Real Estate industry and/or the Property Management Industry.
- Must have a professional demeanor and be self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro).(Required)
- Knowledge in Adobe Suite, Acrobat (required), and Illustrator (preferred)
- Experienced using Dropbox for file share.

Summary of Position:
The Property Administrator is involved in all aspects of managing important relationships with tenants and property owners. The Property Administrator supports the on-site, day-to-day property management functions of a commercial office building(s) by performing tasks in the areas of:
Duties:
- The Property Management Administrative Assistant position will work as a team member with a heavy focus on positive support to the concerns of tenants, while supporting the Property Manager through the following responsibilities.
- Involved in the administration of commercial real estate properties located across the front range.
- Assist with the management of industrial, office, mixed-use.
- File management, correspondence, and tenant/vendor communications.
- Day-to-day interaction with tenants.
- Budget and Cam REC package assembly.
- Coordination of tenant maintenance issues and requests.
- Maintain current insurance certificates for tenants and vendors.
- Assist with coding invoices, and facilitate tenant billbacks on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Assist with property inspections and site visits as requested.
- Assist the Sr. Property Manager and owner with special projects.
- From assisting with managing service contracts and vendor management, to completing property maintenance requests and making recommendations, you’ll have the opportunity to share your innovative ideas to continually improve how the commercial properties managed!
