As a member of our growing team you will be contacting our union members/ families, current members, and prospective clients, coordinating phone appointments for them to speak with our Licensed Agents!
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter (Temp to Permanent) to join our team. This part-time position involves making calls for a team of successful life insurance agents. The ideal candidate has experience making sales phone calls, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and connect effectively with clients over the phone. Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients, build rapport
- Set appointments (!!)
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
Skills:
- Applicants should be eager to learn and open to training
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- US-based phone number
- Access to high speed internet
- Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Quiet work from home environment

Pay: Contractor,Commission Based pay, up to potential for $400+ per week, HIGH potential for growth if you excel in this role.
