Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented In Person & Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team in person and also remotely. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: - Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, managing emails, and organizing files - Assist in event planning and coordination - Proofread documents and correspondence for accuracy - Provide administrative support as needed - Maintain organizational systems and ensure smooth operations - Handle phone systems and manage calls effectively - Transcribe meeting notes and other documents accurately - Assist with tasks related to dental receptionist duties - Utilize Google Suite for document creation and collaboration - File and maintain records in a structured manner Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role - Proficiency in using various software applications including Google Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Familiarity with transcribing audio files is a plus - Knowledge of real estate administrative tasks is advantageous This is a remote position offering flexibility in work hours.
