About The Role
Protogon Research is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO and Founder, Rafael Cosman. The purpose of this position is to offer administrative support in both personal and professional responsibilities, enabling the CEO to focus on the company's mission and strategy. The ideal candidate can adapt to a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks as priorities change, and provide a high degree of attention and responsiveness to the CEO.
This is an in-person role with the expectation of being in person with the CEO five days per week. The ideal candidate should be within a commutable distance of Menlo Park.
What you'll do:

Maximize Efficiency: Streamline the daily schedule of our CEO, ensuring optimal productivity and focus on high-impact activities.

Be the Gatekeeper: Manage communications, filter distractions, and ensure that only the most crucial information reaches our leadership.

Orchestrate Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events with precision, ensuring seamless execution of executive activities.

Support Operations: Assist with operational tasks, from document preparation to data management, keeping the backbone of our startup strong and agile.

Adapt & Anticipate: In a startup environment, needs can change rapidly. Anticipate the needs of the executive, staying ahead of potential scheduling conflicts and communication priorities. Your ability to anticipate requirements and adapt solutions will be key to our collective success.

Who you are:

Seasoned and Experienced: 5+ years of experience supporting high-level executives

Detail-Oriented Organizer: Your attention to detail is unparalleled, especially in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and planning events.

Communicative & Discreet: You possess exceptional professional communication skills, coupled with the discretion needed to handle sensitive information.

Proactive & Independent: You're a self-starter who takes initiative, owning tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Tech Proficient: You are comfortable and proficient with a range of software tools, including Google Calendar, Google Drive, Slack, Asana, Coda, and can seamlessly integrate these into daily operations.

Licensed Driver: You hold a valid driver's license, ready to assist with transportation needs as required, ensuring mobility and flexibility in support tasks.
What we offer:

Competitive Salary: This role's base salary is between $100,000 - $130,000. Actual base salary is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
