Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to join our Project Management Team. The Assistant will be responsible for handling various tasks to ensure the smooth running of projects. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Excel, Word, Submittals, etc. Public Works experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- - Assist Project Management Team in ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies.
- Provide general support to various departments.
- Skills:
- Proficient in data entry techniques.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage office tasks efficiently.
- Strong skills for multitasking and prioritizing tasks.
- Effective project coordination capabilities.
