Job Title: Construction Attachments Marketing Manager
Job Summary: The Construction Attachments Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our range of construction attachments, including excavator and wheel loader attachments. This role requires a deep understanding of the construction equipment industry and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to target customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and sales for our construction attachments.
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including product brochures, spec sheets, case studies, and videos.
- Collaborate with the product development team to launch new products and enhancements, including conducting market research, defining target markets, and developing launch plans.
- Manage the company's online presence, including the website, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels, to drive traffic and engagement.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media advertising.
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry events, and dealer/distributor conferences to showcase our products and generate leads.
- Develop marketing materials and tools to support the sales team, including product presentations, training materials, and competitive comparisons.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing spend.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory changes to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (engineering background or experience in the construction equipment industry is a plus).
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the construction attachments or heavy equipment sector, with a strong understanding of construction equipment, attachments, and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing messages for different audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website CMS, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with dealer/distributor marketing support and channel management is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
