OBJECTIVE: System Seals is offering a high potential sales position to drive and manage our global key account portfolio. You will have at least 3 years of successful experience selling technical products to major customers. You will be supported by a high energy team of growth-oriented engineers and customer support personnel. Customer service is our passion and we will support you to win and compete in the marketplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uncover new business at existing accounts and determine how System Seals can best align itself as a product and service partner for current and future needs
- Collaborate with engineering to support product development
- Strategic planning and project management
- Analyze market potential and marketing plan design and execution
- Formulate sales plans according to overall company growth strategies
- Prospect and qualify new opportunities of business, including social media
- Manage and meet sales goals
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess needs and to determine solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products & services to customers and prospective customers
- Communicate new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, and information collected during field activity to the Director of Sales
- Follow-up on referrals and new leads resulting after field activity
- Develop and maintain technical sealing knowledge regarding the application specifics around, speed, temperature, application, media, and pressure, etc.
- Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements
- Participate in quarterly sales meetings and marketing events like trade shows
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering, Business Admin. or Marketing preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years track record of successful sales
- Technical knowledge of seals and sealing solutions and/or knowledge of subsea equipment/offshore Oil &Gas industry preferred
- Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills
- Excellent Computer skills including, Microsoft Office, Databases, and Outlook
TRAVEL: 50-75% of the time
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Sit [25%], Stand [75%], Drive [75%], Walk, Bend, Stoop, Reach, Push & Pull, as well as Hand/Finger dexterity
