Check out our Field Project Manager / Technician position with ICS. As a Manager / Technician, you will be responsible for project planning, on‐site management, overseeing a small team, and implementing of installation contracts.
Position Description
The Field Manager will travel and oversee the projects from development hand‐off to completion. This position requires being out of town and on‐site for extended durations averaging approximately four months with monthly travel home. This position requires working weekdays in correctional facilities and near residents. The Company pays for out‐of‐town expenses, lodging, vehicle rental, and travel home. Preferred if employee resides in Central Florida to be able to work at our headquarters in‐between projects. All ICS Manager will be trained and are required to fully understand our products, their applications, and performance parameters.
Implement project planning in accordance with business requirements.
On‐site project coordination with customers and subcontractors.
Create daily progress updates with scheduling and regular project reporting.
Ensure safety compliance.
Hands‐on supervisor of fixture and equipment installation.
Maintain accurate inventory of materials.
Document project progress and conditions.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and reporting.
Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved.
Position Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, and communicating.
Ability to stoop, bend or reach over the shoulder.
Occasionally lift, push or pull up to 30 pounds.
Perform work in confined mechanical chases.
Travel on a full‐time extended‐stay basis nationally (approximately 90%).
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office (Excel, Word, and Project) and Adobe Acrobat.
All qualified applicants are required to pass federal and state criminal background checks and must be able to pass drug testing to access secure facilities.
Preferred: Commercial plumbing and electrical experience, CPM certification, OSHA certification.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
