Responsibilities:
- Oversee food production, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented
- Manage kitchen staff, including supervising cooks and other kitchen workers
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless service
- Develop and update menus to meet customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering of supplies, costs both food and labor
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and menu planning
Experience:
- Previous experience in culinary roles such as cook or chef
- Strong background in Food service, Banquet, or Restaurant management
- Proficiency in Inventory management and supervising kitchen operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and guide a team
