Position Summary
The Head (Men and Women’s) Swimming and Diving Coach is responsible for all aspects of leading a competitive NCAA Division I men and women’s swimming and diving program including, but not limited to: coaching (practice and in-game), recruiting, fund-raising, positive encouragement towards student-athlete development, scheduling, adherence to all budgetary guidelines, and hiring staff. Position will work cooperatively with all constituencies and campus units. The The Head (Men and Women’s) Swimming and Diving Coach reports to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Administration.
