We are seeking a Service Specialist to join our team at IST Management Services in downtown Phoenix, AZ. Ideal candidate will have relevant experience in mail operations, print, scan, computer skills, customer services a must, and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Location: Downtown Phoenx Law Firm
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, no nights, no weekends.
Compensation: $15.00 - 15.00 an hour

Copy Center - printing, scanning, document layout and quality control

Mail Room - scanning incoming and outgoing mail, receiving incoming packages, preparing shipments, conducting mail runs

Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees

Back up Receptionist as needed

Computer Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe

Customer Service skills and be able to maintain a consistent high level of service to our customers
