GreenKiss is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Manager to lead business growth across the state of Texas. We are a thriving full-service staffing firm that operates in multiple states, with a specialty in manufacturing across multiple categories. The GreenKiss business is already well-established in the greater Dallas region, with offices in Coppell and McKinney.
We will give the Sales Operations Manager the freedom to use their skills to drive business development. To leverage existing relationships and build new ones. Responsibilities of the Texas Sales Operations Manager
- Obtain new orders/contracts on a consistent basis
- Develop and grow prospect relationships through various channels, including networking, sales and marketing outreach, in-person discussions and out-of-the-box entrepreneurialism
- Grow GreenKiss market share within established client categories, while also moving the company into new ones
- Establish and achieve targets for revenue, profitability and growth
- Mentor/educate colleagues companywide on best practices and opportunistic wins
- Partner with corporate leadership to spot and react to emerging staffing trends, both within Texas and across the company
Qualifications of the Texas Sales Operations Manager
- Deep expertise in staffing business development, with 10+ years of success
- Expertise within the manufacturing space, including food, equipment, medical device, pharmaceutical, automobile and more
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, including intelligent work prioritization
- Proven history in adaptive problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as fluency with modern technology
- Willingness to thrive within a team environment, both as a partner, a manager and a mentor
- Enthusiasm, drive and a desire to continue learning
